New cast confirmed for Shazam: Fury Of The Gods film. Helen Mirren is set to play villain Hespera, a daughter of Atlas for DCEU’s and New Line in Shazam: Fury Of The Gods film. Shazam: Fury Of The Gods is sequel to DC and New Line’s film Shazam, 2019. Shazam was a hit for DCEU’s film, Which grossed $ 366 million at the worldwide box office with a budget of 100 million.
The story of Shazam: Fury Of The Gods will continue the story of the 2019’s Shazam. Where Young Billy Batson got Powers from the Wizard ( Djimon Hounsou ) in the first part by saving magic word ” SHAZAM”. According to Comic books, ” SHAZAM” is bestowed with the powers of six gods. These powers are, the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the stamina of Atlas, the power of Zeus, the courage of Achilles and the speed of Mercury.
Zachary Levi is set to reprise his of Shazam aka Billy Batson. We saw in the first part that Shamaz was unaware of his powers, and he was learning to use them in his high school. American singer Rachel Zelger is making her debut in the film Shazam: Fury Of The Gods. However, what role Rachel will be playing in the film is not confirmed. David F. Sandberg is returning to direct Shazam: Fury Of The Gods from the first film. Henry Gayden is set to write screenplay. Peter Safran is producing Shazam: Fury Of The Gods through The Safran Company.

Shazam: Fury Of The Gods Film’s Release Date
Currently, Shazam: Fury Of The Gods has almost 2 years left to release. The film is scheduled for a June 6, 2023 release date.

Apart from Shazam: Fury Of The Gods, Helen Mirren is also working in Vin Diesel’s Fast and Furious 9 film. Fast and Furious 9 will be released on June 25, 2021.
Helen Mirren has won an Oscar and BAFTA awards for her performance in The Queen film ( 2006 ). She has also won Tony Award and Olivier Award for The Audience play for same role of The Queen film, that was held in Gielgud Theatre in London. She has also won three BAFTA Television Awards, four Primetime Emmy Awards and five SAG Awards for various roles. Helen Mirren is a true gem.
