Channing Tatum in Final Talks to Join Sandra Bullock in Paramount’s “The Lost City Of D”

Channing Tatum will may Co-star Opposite Sandra Bullock.

According to some reports, Channing Tatum may be seen opposite Sandra Bullock in Paramount Studios’ upcoming film ‘The Lost City of D’. Talks are currently underway with Channing Tatum in final stage. Sandra Bullock is also producing this film via her Fortis Films alongside with Liza Chasin of 3dot Productions. Adam and Aaron Nee will direct this film.

The romantic action adventure is based on an idea by Seth Gordon, with an updated script from Dana Fox (Disney Plus’ “Cruella,” “How to Be Single”). Oren Uziel wrote the original story. Seth Gordon is also attached to produce through his banner Exhibit A Films.

According to the story,  Romancing The Stone-style romantic comedy, the film follows a reclusive romance novelist (Bullock) who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model (Tatum), until a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions.

Latest Release of Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock’s last release was the Netflix original Bird Box, which was released in 2018. It was a sci-fi horror. She is also executive producer of Bird Box. It was a blockbuster hit. Film was based on author Josh Malerman novel. Sandra Bullock’s work in Bird Box was well appreciated. After this the sequel to Bird Box was also announced, but it is not known yet when it will be released. May be, its sequel release in 2023.
