Daniela Melchior Joins ‘Fast & Furious 10’ For Universal

Actress Daniela Melchior, who played Ratcatcher 2 in Warner Bros and DC’s The Suicide Squad, has been signed to Vin Diesel’s ‘Fast & Furious 10‘.

25-year-old actress Daniela Melchior has made the second highest jump of her career. Actress has joined the mega-star cast of Vin Diesel in ‘Fast & Furious 10′ for Universal. It is clear that Daniela has gained worldwide recognition from James Gunn’s ‘The Suicide Squad’. Apparently Jason Momoa had joined as a villain shortly before the 10th installment of the Fast and Furious franchise. In addition to Vin Diesel, Daniela Melchior and Jason Momoa, Fast & Furious 10 also featuring John Cena, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang, Michelle Rodriguez, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren.

Fast & Furious 10 is directed by Justin Lin and he is also co-producing the film with Vin Diesel. Earlier there were speculations that Dwayne Johnson would return for the last two installments of the franchise. In this context, some time ago this news also came that, ‘Vin Diesel wants Dwayne Johnson to return for ‘Fast & Furious 10’. But Dwayne Johnson flatly refused to return to Fast & Furious 10.

The franchise’s previous release ‘F9: The Fast Saga’ was a decent hit at the box office despite being an ordinary story. The film grossed $726 million at the box office worldwide from a budget of $225 million. Whether the next installment will do at the box office, it will be known after its release. Nothing is known about the story of Fast & Furious 10 yet, but hopefully it learns from the shortcomings of the previous pic.

Universal has set the release date of Fast & Furious 10 for May 19, 2023.

Apart from James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, Daniela Melchior is also known for Sony’s ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’, where the actress voiced the character Spider-Gwen. Daniela Melchior will next seen in Neil Jordan’s thriller, Marlowe.
