Warner Bros. and DC’s upcoming Black Adam, starring Dwayne Johnson has received mixed reactions to early reviews.
Dwayne Johnson is about to get the fruits of his hard work after 10 years on his dream project, Black Adam, will it be bitter or sweet ? It will be known after full release. With Warner Bros & DC’ Black Adam having its most recently world premiere, critics have shared their opinion of the film on social media.
Early review could be a cause for concern for Warner Bros and DC as critics have given mixed reactions to Dwayne Johnson’s Anti-hero flick. Black Adam is a stellar film for some critics and lackluster for some.
While on the one hand critics have read the praises for the film’s scintillating action sequences and excellent visual effects, on the other hand there is also a curse for the mediocre screenplay and criticized the film for weak villain. According to the critics, Dwayne Johnson has done complete justice to his role as Black Adam, according to them the actor was born to play this anti-hero character. Along with Dwayne Johnson, his co-stars have also been praised. Critics recognized that Black Adam would give new hope to the shaky DCEU. This is going to be a big relief for DC fans to some extent.
Also, critics have insisted that Black Adam’s post-credits scene will leave viewers whistling. Critics say so, somewhat pointing to returning of Henry Cavill’s Superman. Well, whether or not Henry Cavill will return to the DC Universe as Superman, it will only be known when the time comes.
DC’s upcoming film will show the origins of Black Adam as well as introduce the Justice Society of America. Justice Society’s members are Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, and Aldis Hodge as Hawkman. Mohammed Amer is playing villain Sabbac.
