Director Matt Reeves Announces Production Wrap For DCEU’s ‘The Batman’

Matt Reeves has make a big announcement for his upcoming film ‘The Batman’. The delay in the production of the film ‘The Batman’ due to the first Covid-19, has now been completed. Matt Reeves has announced this with his social media account Twitter. Obviously, Matt Reeves used to share all the information about his film ‘The Batman’ through Twitter. But he had disappeared from Twitter for some time. Now, Matt Reeves has brought good news for a DC fan on Twitter.

Matt Reeves’s ‘The Batman’ film’s production was interrupted due to Covid-19. In September, the film was again put on track, but at the same time the film’s lead actor Robert Pattinson was found to be coronavirus positive. Hence the production of the film had to be stopped again.

Robert Pattinson is playing the main character as Batman in Matt Reeves’s ‘The Batman’ film. ‘The Batman’ film’s also stars Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis, Jayme Lawson, and Peter Sarsgaard.

Last year, a teaser of ‘The Batman’ film’s was also released during DC FanDome on August 22,2020. ‘The Batman’ film’s teaser was so dark. Though, ‘The Batman’ film was 25% completed that time. This teaser was highly praised by viewers.

‘The Batman’ Film’s Release Date

Matt Reeves’s and DCEU’s upcoming film ‘The Batman’ was originally scheduled to open in theaters on October 1, 2021. But due to Covid-19, Warner Studios extended the release date of the film. Now, .The Batman’ film is set to release in theaters on March 4, 2022.
