Inbar Lavi, Jake McLaughlin, Ray Panthaki and Shaun Sipos to star in Indie thriller feature, ‘Black Diamond’. Judd Bloch, best known writing screenplay for 2016’s Lady Bloodfight, will write and direct film. Warner Davis and Todd Friedman of Hemlock Circle Productions are producing the film, ‘Black Diamond’ with Dominic Rustam of Three Six Zero Group and Brian Levy.
‘Black Diamond’ Plot
According to Deadline, Indie thriller, Black Diamond centers on a young woman who would appear to be living an idyllic life with her hedge funder boyfriend atop a ski mountain in Telluride. But, a late afternoon misstep with a local cowboy handyman shatters that life and turns it into a deadly triangle of lust, obsession and murder.
Apart from Netflix’s Lucifer, Israeli actress Inbar Lavi is also known for The Last Witch Hunter. She has also worked in films like Sorry for Your Loss and For the Love of Money. Inbar Lavi has been more active in TV than in films. Apart from Netflix’s Lucifer series, she has worked in series like Stumptown, The Last Ship, Imposters, Castle and Sons of Anarchy. She will next seen in Netflix’s Fauda season 4 and Geert Heetebrij’s thriller, Vronika.
On the other hand, Ray Panthaki is best known for SAS: Red Notice. He has also worked in the films Official Secrets, 28 Days Later and Colette. Panthaki has played the main character in Sky Atlantic’s crime series Gangs of London. He will next seen in Starz’s period drama miniseries, The Serpent Queen.
Jake McLaughlin is best known for Safe House ( Ryan Reynolds ), Savages and Warrior. Along with this, he has worked with Priyanka Chopra in the ABC thriller drama series, Quantico. He will next seen in Apple TV+ series, Black Bird. Late actor Ray Liotta also stars in the series.
Shaun Sipos is best known for Syfy’s series, Krypton and The CW’s series, The Vampire Diaries. Along with this, Shaun Sipos has also worked in the films like, Texas Chainsaw, Hick and Comeback Season. He recently seen in Amazon’s series, Outer Range.
