Marvel surprised everyone by suddenly dropping the trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
There were earlier speculations that the first official trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania would be released alongside the final release of Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4, ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’, but fans have got to see it earlier than expected. First official trailer for Ant-Man 3 establishes Jonathan Majors as Villain ‘Kang the Conqueror’, who previously appeared as He Who Remains in Loki TV Series, in the MCU. Kang is definitely going to be the biggest villain of the multiverse saga after Thanos.
The story of the upcoming Ant-Man 3 will follow the events of Avengers: Endgame, with the trailer opening in San Francisco with Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang in a lighter tone. Scott is now recognized by all, undoubtedly the important role he played in saving the world. Wait, people think of him as Spider-Man. Her daughter Cassie ( Kathryn Newton) decides to build a satellite between their world and the Quantm realm. The experiment goes wrong and draws Scott, Cassie, Hank Pym ( Michael Douglas ) Janet Van Dyne ( Michelle Pfeiffer ) and Hope Van Dyne ( Evangeline Lilly ) into the quantum realm, possibly Chronopolis, where Kang reigned as well as he had access to the different timeline.
From here the trailer starts to darken when they see strange creatures living in parallel universes and even bump into with Kang the Conqueror. Also catching a glimpse of Bill Murray, rumored to be playing Krylar, a villain in the Marvel Comics book, in the film.
Kang the Conqueror won’t be the only villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
It is clear that Kang the Conqueror is going to be the main villain of Jonathan Majors in Ant-Man 3. But when it comes to the second villain in the film, it will be Corey Stoll’s Yellow Jacket that featured in the original 2015 flick. In the comics book, this villain shrinks into the Quantum Realm and turns into MODOK.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania looks pretty promising based on the trailer.
