Marvel’s Blade Reboot Gets a New Title and Forward with Watchmen’s Series Writer.

During Marvel’s San Diego Comic-Con 2019, The project had been lying in limbo ever since the Blade Universe was announced to reboot. But now good news has come out about Marvel’s Blade Reboot. Marvel Studios has now started working on the reboot of Blade. Marvel Studios has called HBO’s Watchmen Series Writer  Stacy Osei-Kuffour for Blade Reboot. This is a good news for Blade fans, now finally something is happening in the MCU regarding the Blade reboot. It is evident that in today’s time there is very little talk about the character of the blade. Fans will see Mahershala Ali playing the main character in this Blade Reboot of the MCU. Mahershala Ali was first confirmed in the Blade reboot project, with the film announced. We will see the Universe of Blades afresh.

Blade Reboot Gets New Title

Marvel Studios has also revealed its title with the announcement of the Writer of Blade reboot. Now the title of MCU’s upcoming film is Blade, The Vampire Slayer has been kept.

Comics Character Blade with same name was first introduced by Marvel Studios in 1998 to the film world. In this film, the main character Blade was played by Wesley Snipes. The director of this film was Stephen Norrington. It was a great start for a Marvel studio. Only 3 parts of the Blade film series were made. Wesley was heavily smug as a blade. But this Blade film series was end in 2004.

After 15 years had passed, Marvel Studios announced a Reboot of Blade. At present, now Marvel Studios is currently the world’s most successful franchise, perhaps that’s why the Blade is being Rebooted. But none other than Blade the Vampire Slayer and Writer have been confirmed yet.

Release Date

No release date has yet been announced for Blade, The Vampire Slayer. According to recent event at Disney Investor Day, Blade could hit theaters in 2022, between releases of Black Panther 2 and Captain Marvel 2.
