Animated TV series ‘Arcane’ season 2 got green light at Netflix.

The animated TV series Arcane, which was recently released on Netflix, has got a tremendous response from the audience. The series started on November 6, 2021, which caught such a pace which is not taking its name to stop. Seeing the success of the series, the makers have announced 2 seasons. The final episode 9 of the series will air on Netflix on November 21.

The second season of the Arcane animated series was confirmed by Netflix and Riot Games during a fan event yesterday. Series co-creators Christian Linke and Alex Yee said in a statement, “We are extremely pleased with the positive response to the first season of the Arcane series. We also look forward to working with Riot Games and French animation studio ,Fortiche , Together with hard work, we were able to make Season 2 a success as well.”

Arcane Plot

Arcane series story follows as, where in the midst of growing unrest between the posh, utopian town of Piltover and the daunting oppression of Zaun, sisters Vi and Jinx find themselves on opposing sides of the war on warped ideologies and mysterious technology.

Obviously, Netflix’s Arcane series is based on Riot Games, League of Legends, which stars Hailee Steinfeld as Vi, Ella Purnell as Jinx, Mia Sinclair Jenness as Young Powder, Kevin Alejandro as Jayce Talis, Katie Leung as Caithlyn Kiramman, Harry Lloyd as Viktor and Jason Spisak as Silco. All the stars will once again return to voice their respective characters for Season 2.

However, nothing is yet known about the story of Arcane Season 2. Season 2 will once again be produced by Riot Games and Fortiche Productions. Christian Linke is ready to serve as executive producer alongside with Marc Merrill, Brandon Beck, Jane Chung and Thomas Vu.

However, with the confirmation of Arcane Season 2, a release date is yet to be determined.
