Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda and Josh Segarra joins Paramount’s horror-slasher, ‘Scream 6.
Casting continues for the latest installment of Paramount’s horror slasher, Scream. In this context, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda and Josh Segarra have joined the star cast of Scream next installment. However, earlier this month, Dermot Mulroney Joins Paramount’s ‘Scream 6’.
From Scream 5, Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega are returning to reprise their respective roles in next installment. Also from previous pic, Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are returning to direct the film from a script from James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. Also Hayden Panettiere is returning to reprise her role from franchise films as Kirby Reed. It’s also worth noting that Neve Campbell will not be returning to play his iconic character as Sidney.
It is obvious that the last Scream 5 audience was very much liked. Made with a budget of $24 million, Scream 5 earned $140 million worldwide, one that lifted the franchise’s falling box office record.
Plot
Scream 6’s plot details are being kept under wraps outside of it following the four survivors of Ghostface killings as they tried to leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter.
James Vanderbilt is also serving as producer for Paramount with Project X Entertainment’s Paul Neinstein and William Sherak. Kevin Williamson and Radio Silence’s Chad Villella are serving as executive producers with Spyglass’s Gary Barber and Peter Oillataguerre as well as Ron Lynch, Cathy Konrad and Marianne Maddalena.
Jack Champion will next seen in James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way Of Water and will reprise his role in following sequels. On the other hand, Liana Liberato will next seen in Amazon’s Totally Killer. She is best known for Hulu thriller series, Light as a Feather.
Josh Segarra will next seen in Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney At Law series, which is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 17, 2022. Josh Segarra is best known for The CW series, Arrow.
Devyn Nekoda recently seen in Disney+ musical comedy film, Sneakerella.
Scream 6 Release Date
Scream 6 is schedule to release in theatres on March 31, 2023.
