Where in the first teaser trailer, fans of the Spiderman Universe did not get to see the exact look of Carnage. In the same 2nd trailer, we get to see a clear look of Carnage. Fans don’t know how long they will have to wait to see Spiderman and Venom face off against each other. Hope this wish of the fans will be fulfilled in the coming few years. Obviously, in the first teaser trailer, we got to see small references related to Spiderman Universe, like The Daily Bugle newspaper.

It begins with a heated argument between Eddie Brock and Venom, although, as we saw in the first part. Venom talks his host, Eddie, into killing and eating the bad guys. That’s what Eddie is against. Eddie has also made a rule for this, ‘No Eating People’. But this time Venom and his host Eddie will face a serial killer, Cletus Kasady. Cletus is the host of Carnage, an alien symbiote whose only aim is destruction. Apparently we saw Woody Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady in the post credits scenes of the original 2018 film Venom.

It is obvious that Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock, a journalist, must have caught and imprisoned serial killer Cletus. That’s why he wants to take his revenge on him.
