The world needs superheroes, Warner Bros. presents the first look of its DC Universe’s ambitious 2022 films Black Adam, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and The Flash.
Year 2022 will be all about Warner Bros’ Dc Universe, which the studio has predicted with the first glimpse of its ambitious project, the current craze among fans of Robert Pattinson’s The Batman is its perfect example. Compared to other years, Warner Bros will release 6 big movies from its DC Universe. In this context, the studio has released the first look of their upcoming films through a trailer. The trailer is made up of short clips from Matt Reeves’s ‘The Batman’, Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam , Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and Ezra Miller’s ‘The Flash’.
The first glimpse of Black Adam features a clear look of Dwayne Johnson, along with Justice Society of America members Dr. Fate ( Pierce Brosnan ), Hawkman ( Aldis Hodge ), Cyclone ( Quintessa Swindell ) and Atom Samsher ( Noah Centineo ). Black Adam means a lot to Warner Bros and more than that to Dwayne Johnson. Because even before the DC Universe was established, this has been a dream role for the actor. Johnson has high hopes for his Black Adam and has also made it clear that his superhero flick will change the DC Universe. Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam is set to release in theaters on July 29, 2022.
On the other hand, some glimpses of Ezra Miller’s The Flash are also seen. In addition to Ezra Miller, The Flash will also feature Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck’s Batman. Sasha Calle’s Supergirl will also appear in The Flash. DC’s The Flash will be first film to introduce the concept of the multiverse. The Flash will play a vital role in Warner Bros and the DC Universe as the future of Batman and Superman depends on this superhero feature. The Flash is set to release on November 4, 2022.
Then we get to see only the son of Earth and King of the Sea Arthur aka Jason Momoa’s glimpse of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. He is seen sitting on his throne. Work on the production of the film is still going on, so we would not have known anything more than this in the one minute trailer. Apart from Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Willem Dafoe, Dolph Lundgren, Nicole Kidman and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II will return to play their respective characters from the original film for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. James Wan is directing the film. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is schedule to release in theatres on December 16, 2022.
However, Leslie Grace’s Batgirl and DC League of Super-Pets are missing from the feature trailer , which are due for release this year.
