Recently drummer Brandon Fried was accused of sexual harassment by singer Maria Zardoya.

Singer Maria Zardoya went so far as to advise The Neighborhood to replace their drummer, Brandon Fried, on social media.

Realizing the seriousness of the matter, The Neighborhood quickly fired drummer Brandon Fried, which band confirmed on social media.

The Neighborhood expressed its gratitude to singer Maria Zardoya and said that we will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior towards women.

Later, Brandon Fried also apologized for the unfair treatment meted out to singer Maria Zardoya on social media.

Brandon Fried joined The Neighborhood in 2014 as drummer, percussion and backing vocals.

Previously The Neighborhood's drummer was Bryan Sammis, who left the band in 2014 due to personal differences.
