Joseph Gatt, who is best known for playing Thenn Warg in HBO’ ‘Game of Thrones’ has been announced to have been arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for contact with a minor for a sexual offense under the California Penal Code.
Joseph Gatt seems to have become Banshee’s albino in real life. But this time the allegation is not made by any person, but by a minor. The actor has been found guilty of having contact with a minor for a sexual offense under the California Penal Code.
Police have alleged that the actor was indulging in sexually explicit communication online with a minor. In this context, on 6 April, ICAC Task Force had also issued a search warrant at Joseph’s house located in Fair-area, where the actor was arrested by the detectives. The actor was later released on $5,000 bail.
However, the actor has called the allegations baseless. But recently the actor has come on social media and posted a pic which was written about the allegations against him, “I obviously want to address the absolutely horrifying and completely untrue allegations recently leveled against me. They are 100% categorically wrong and reckless ( towards police allegations ).”
He continuous, “I have confirmed errors and misleading information in today’s press release. I am fully cooperating with police and LAPD to get the bottom of this. I look forward to clearing my good name.”
Joseph Gatt, while referring to his fans in his post, written further that, “Thank you to all of my friends and supporters who know that this is untrue and understand for legal reasons. I cannot comment further on social media.”

At present, the case of Joseph Gatt remains under the investigation of ICAC. In this context, the LAPD is also looking into other aspects to identify any additional victims, if there is.
In addition to ‘Game of Thrones’, actor Joseph Gatt has also appeared in shows like, ‘Banshee‘, ‘Chuck‘, ‘Teen Wolf‘ and ‘NCIS: New Orleans‘. Along with this, he has also worked in Marvel’s Thor and 2019’s live-action, Dumbo.
