Rumors are rife that Robert Pattinson may be leaving DC after Matt Reeves' The Batman trilogy.

Obviously, The Batman starring Robert Pattinson, directed by Matt Reeves, is one of the big hits of 2022.

Seeing the success of the original film, Warner Bros., along with director Matt Reeves and actor Robert Pattinson, confirmed The Batman 2 during a Cinema-Con event, which would later become a trilogy.

But after delivering a stellar hit  with The Batman, Robert Pattinson's future as Batman at DC looks less secure.

The reason for Robert Pattinson's departure from DC as Batman could be attributed to recent actions by Warner Bros Discovery  CEO David Zaslav.

Apparently Warner Bros recently surprised everyone by canning Leslie Grace's Batgirl, which had gone into post-production.

Now that Walter Hamada is on the verge of leaving DC, there is a strong rumor that Warner Bros might be restoring Snyderverse.

Ben Affleck's return to Aquaman 2 as Batman confirms that Warner Bros. is looking to restore the Snyderverse somewhere.

In such a situation, the speculation that was being made to join the DCEU of Robert Pattinson also comes to an end.

Also, Warner Bros Studios is currently focusing only on films like The Flash, Black Adam, Aquaman 2 and Shazam 2.

It's also worth noting that at the recent time, Warner Bros. did not comment on the future of The Batman 2 starring Robert Pattinson.

Joker 2, which, despite being a different universe like Robert Pattinson's The Batman, continues to make headlines, whether it's the release date or the addition of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn.

Clearly, DC's original Joker turned out to be a good deal for Warner Bros. Made on a budget of $50 million, the film grossed $1 billion at the box office, more than any other R-rated film.

In such a situation, it is finding it difficult for Robert Pattinson to return to DC as Batman after the trilogy.
