Sebastian Stan to star in psychological thriller, ‘A Different Man’ alongside Renate Reinsve for A24.
Sebastian Stan, who is best known for Winter Soldier in Marvel Cinematic Universe and Renate Reinsve to star in psychological thriller, ‘A Different Man‘ for A24 Entertainment. Renate Reinsven is best known for 2021’s comedy drama feature, The Worst Person in the World. British actor Adam Pearson, 37, who has successfully battled Neurofibromatosis Type 2 alongside Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve, will also star in the film. Aaron Schimberg, who is best known for 2013’s Go Down Death will write and direct the film, ‘A Different Man’ for A24.
‘A Different Man’ Plot
A24’s A Different Man film story will follows Edward, an outcast who is seeking a new life and fresh start. After he undergoes a facial reconstructive surgery, he becomes fixated on a man starring as him in a stage production based on his former life, as per Deadline.
Obviously, A Different Man is the second film announced by A24 after Zac Efron’s ‘The Iron Claw’. A24 will finance and produce the latest psychological thriller announced. Christine Vachon and Gabriel Mayers will also produce under Killer Films banner as well as Vanessa McDonnell of Grand Motel Films and Jason Reif. Apart from acting, Sebastian Stan will also serve as executive producer. Production will star next month.
This will be Adam Pearson’s second film with director Aaron Schimberg. They have previously worked together in the 2018 drama feature, Chained for Life.
On the other hand, Sebastian Stan has played the lead role in Searchlight Pictures‘ horror thriller, Fresh, which has released earlier this year. He has also played the lead role in Hulu’s biographical drama mini TV series, Pam & Tommy. He will next seen in Apple TV Plus‘s thriller comedy, Sharper, directed by Benjamin Caron.
